What times do you usually have drops?
Presale drops will usually be Fridays as that is the only day of the week I don’t have work, however if I’m out early or have an odd free day on another week they may be other days as well! Most presale drops will be at 3pm est/12pm pst as I’ve been told this works well between domestic and international peeps, but again, this may change on random odd drops. In hand drops may be Thursday evenings to give me time to ship. Shipping will also usually take place on Fridays most often but general shipping days are Friday through Monday for the same reasons.
Do you use recycled mailers?
Yes, at this time all my orders are automatically shipped using used mailers. I do this because as a collector as well as a pin-maker, I have many mailers that make their way into my house. The idea of throwing these away when they are still perfectly useable is upsetting to me, so I'd like to use the opportunity I have to keep using them and prevent more plastic mailers being manufactured needlessly. If this makes you uncomfortable feel free to leave a note with me on your order if you'd like a new mailer. I will try to keep a low amount of commercially recycled mailers or mailers made with otherwise eco-friendly material on hand in order to fulfill these orders. All my packing materials (tissue paper and bubble wraps) are repurposed and reused from other shipments as well.
Do you ship internationally?
I’m limited by what USPS offers, but I make an effort to make sure that I can do some international shipping. If your country has specialized shipping policies I may have trouble with it but you can always reach out to me about when and if we can make something work. I don’t know much about international shipping at the moment so we’ll have to learn together!
Unfortunately, if your country is currently being limited from USPS shipping then there isn’t really much I can do, and you can’t order from my shop without a proxy address. I am more than happy to work with proxy addresses as long as you understand that there may be more risk in it getting lost and that I cannot be responsible for that.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
I do not offer refunds in most cases unfortunately. Preorder funds go directly to production costs and other necessary business expenses, so I do not hold onto them to have to give back to you. I will of course refund an order if something were to go wrong and I am unable to deliver the product to you, but I ask that for preorders especially, you wait at least one year or more from the date of the preorder before asking for refunds on presales.
In the case of lost or damaged mail, I do hold on to a handful of extras to ensure that I can send a replacement. However, I cannot guarantee the same grade or condition of the pin.
In the case of A grade pins, if you feel that you have not received a pin you would consider A grade based on my grading policies, then you are welcome to contact me through my email or instagram. However, depending on the batch or the pin an A grade may vary and I cannot guarantee I’ll be able to do anything in regards to your order. If I see photos of your flaws and deem the pin to be indeed too flawed to consider an A grade for that specific batch, I’ll try to provide a partial refund or replacement to the best of my ability depending on funds and stock levels. Any pin grades lower than B are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless it is a fairly severe circumstance.
I reserve the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges on a case to case basis, but I will do what I can so that you are happy with your order.
Do you offer address changes?
Yes! I will usually make a post on instagram with photos of pins when they are in hand and ready to be shipped, and at that point I will call for address changes. Please look out for these posts if you are in need of one!
Do you combine orders?
I can’t guarantee anything but I will do my best! You’re welcome to contact me about your order to see if I will be able to combine them.
Do you have in hands after presale?
Yes! I will almost always have it in hand after presale unless stated otherwise when I announce the presale and design.
How long will it take to receive my preorder?
Preorders generally take anywhere from 3-6 months for enamel pins. However, in some cases the full production time may take up to a year or more. At 6 months you are free to ask to renew paypal protection, and at 1 year you may ask for a full refund if you're truely concerned. So far my longest production time has been 9 months, however that is including sampling, which I usually don't presale designs until after this step. Keychains and other merch should be more around 1-2 months.
How long will it take to ship in hand orders?
Please give up to 7 days (1 week) from the day of purchase to recieve tracking and have your package dropped off with the post office. Most of the time You'll recieve tracking within only 2 or 3 days however because I work full time and have a somewhat sporadic schedule, the most time I ask you to wait before contacting me is 1 week. I will try to the best of my ability never to make a customer wait longer, and will reach out and contact you if I have personal reasons that may delay an order beyond this timeframe. Refunds may become possible in these circumstances.
Trade and Resell
Please do not trade or resell my pins within two weeks from the package being delivered to your address. After this period is up, you may resell for what the market deems fit ONLY IF the pin is sold out. In stock pins may only be sold for drop+ship+ship or traded.
However I may choose not to repost all trade or sale posts. If i notice repeat resell for high above drop price there is a slight chance of being banned from my shop
Drops
Presales and in hand drops are one per person until midnight after the drop. After midnight there is no purchase limit.
Drop buddies are allowed, and address changes are allowed for drop buddies. However, if the pin sells out and both you and your drop buddy score I would very much appreciate if you come to me about it so I might be able to offer to someone who may be iso.

Grading Policy
This will change based on the batch of pins and how well they came along, but generally I will try to stick to this general system and try to be transparent about how each batch came out on my instagram and discord. I will do my best to update everyone on any batch issues and production progress. That being said:
A grade: Little to no flaws, may be 1-2 small imperfections, as pins are handmade they may have some small flaws but these will be the best I can possibly provide of the batch. Little to no facial flaws.
B grade: 2-3 smaller flaws or 1 larger flaw, but does not detract from the overall pin and probably not noticeable at arm’s length. Little to no facial flaws.
C grades: 3-4 smaller flaws or 2 larger flaws, may have some smudged print or more wider spread scuffing, but probably not noticeable at arm’s length or in different lighting.
D grade: 3 or more larger flaws or many smaller flaws, may be noticed at arms length but could still be displayed. They may have noticeable scratches from transit or misplaced print. May be small flaws on face but nothing that detracts from the overall look of the pin from a distance.
F grade: facial flaws, larger flaws that are visible easily or at a distance. Not intended for trade or sale.
Small pins (usually considered to be around 2in or smaller) will be graded more simply than
larger pins. These pins will usually just be divided into 3 separate grading categories and
will belisted as such in my shop depending on what's available.
Standard: Little to no flaws, may be some small flaws such as a pin pricks or misplaced glitter
but they will generally be not very noticeable and few in number. These are the pins provided to
presale buyers and will be whatever constitutes the best of the particular batch.
Minor Flawed: Slightly more flawed, may have slightly higher number of small flaws or slightly
more noticeable flaws. But still great for display or regular wear!
Seconds: Flaws may be apparent upon looking quickly. Higher number of flaws, larger flaws, easily noticeable flaws. These pins will have flaws noticeable to most buyers, however they will most likely still look great from far away.
